Lefty has been a great change for me. My frustration level has decreased a lot. I do not force shooting now, I just shoot when I want to, and when I get tired or unfocussed I go hang the bow up. I have been tinkering with LH for more than a year.

In September of 2014, of all places on a mountain in Idaho, I accepted that I would have to switch due to focal dystonia in my right hand and TP. It is great to shoot with none of those issues. LH I can do that. In January 2015, I committed to getting in shape, eating healthy, loosing weight, and shooting left handed. :thumbsup:
