The closing dates for forums 1-4 will be Thursday June 4th - Sunday June 7th.

WELLLLLLLLLL, We are waiting!!!!!
Nice donation, Gregg!
I won an EFA bow quiver last year - a one of a kind beauty. I've tried it and it has a few field point holes in the foam, but no broadheads.
I've decided I'm just not a bow-quiver guy, so I'm going to turn this one around and give someone else a shot at it. Guess I better get some pictures done before the listings open.
YES. Can't wait.
Is there a specific person who could help with posting photos, I've a couple of items I am thinking about tossing in for auction but I don't do photo hosting sites?
Dandy!!

YES !!!
I think that this will be an *awesome* year for the kids at St. Judes!

I have a few things to donate as well.
I have been looking forward to this year's auction! This past year has been a very generous one, and I have a ton of stuff to donate. Dozens of arrows and at least one bow is going in!

Where are items listed and when/how can bidding go? Maybe I missed something, like the instructions or 101 for this auction. Thanks in advance for whomever steers me in the right direction.
When up an running you will see the link at thetop of the page. You just bid on the post of the item. Highest bud wins. Plenty of instructions will come.
Blaine, the administrators will add a section on the main page for us to make a post (just like starting a new thread) with our donations. Then the items will be moved into 4 or 5 forums for bidding. All forums open for bidding, but each closes on a different day (as Terry listed). To bid a on an item you just post on the thread on that item with your bid. Highest bidder at the close is the winner. Then you make payment and the administrators Mark the item paid. When marked paid the item is shipped to the winner.
Auction is a great time and raises a lot of money for a great cause.

Wowow. Ed's work is second to none. I took my 2009 EH 59er into the trad bow shop yesterday and it drew a crowd.
Good on ya Tom and Ed!
