Title: Strap on Quiver
Post by: Bobtulowiecki on March 17, 2015, 09:26:00 PM
Bought a catquiver mini and do not know if it is what I am looking for in terms of how I want to hunt this fall. Can anyone recommend to me a nice, lightweight, strap on quiver for a longbow in the under $75 range? Heck if you are looking for a catquiver mini and have such a quiver we could talk!  Thanks in advance for any recommendations

Eagles Flight (EFA) is in my opinion, ideal for a longbow.

Big Jim makes a great quiver for pretty cheap brand new that will go on just about whatever you want it to go on. Brand new I think they're about $60.

I like the Great Northern adjustable strap on. It is a little bit more than the $75 you mentioned, but well worth it. You can find them used for less than $75 too!

I really like my Eagles Flight Archery strap on quiver.  It is lightweight and stays in place.  It's  a solid quiver.  Ken

Big Jim's
He has solid colors and the deluxe  with a contrasting inlay I went for the deluxe I'm glad I did it looks great. The pics on his web sight don't do them justice. They are very nice and well made. And a great price.

Selway makes a nice strap on now. I like mine on my Centaur.

side quiver!  stay away from strap ons! Jack bowyers chief is hard to beat and you can find them from time to time at a great price!

I have had four or five bow quivers now and  I think they are all usable on certain bows.

I really like Big Jim's on a bunch of my bows.
And it doesn't hurt that it is one of the more reasonable quivers to buy new.  Very happy with it.

EFA  chief with a totem is my favorite to date. Lightweight and works great. For me its the most rigid of the strap ons ive tried. Once I tighten I push up into the fades. That baby is rock solid.
