Thought I would show some arrows that I just finished putting together. I cut the fletching with my own shield pattern (4.75"). I use the old tape and scissors method. Works well, but is slooowwwww!    :D
The cock feathers are just barred with a sharpie. Low tech but it works. I also colored the edges of the quill black with the sharpie for a little more contrast. I like it!!
Here are the pic's. They are not the best as I took them with my cell phone, but it is what I have.

				Nice job. Look great.

Thanks. I am just starting to play around with the red fletching and think I like it. The red is much more vivid in real life then in the photo's. I need to order some red Bohning Signature Nocks to go with it.

Wow, very nice work there! Good luck with them.

				     :notworthy:

Thanks again guys. I did a little indoor shooting with them and they shoot really nice. These are straight with a lot of offset. They almost look helical. I think I might have pushed it a little but all is well.

Great looking arrows, man! And thanks for the pics. I'm about to order me some GT trads and wondered if should choose red fletching. I don't wonder anymore. Red it is!

Thanks again guys. Hand cutting fletching takes time but you can get surprisingly good results with it. However, I am seriously considering making a feather burner. Seems like a simple enough project.
