My buddy bought a box full of traditional archery junk....most of it. He came across this release and we are both curious how you would use it.It sure seems like a bad idea but I must be going about it wrong...due to the arrow smaking a waste paper basket after 2 a inch draw. :knothead:
We are wondering if you hold it vertical or horizontal. You can see a string grove that is not worn in but molded...any thoughts?

Sorta looks like the loch ness monster poking his head out of the water
Sorry, I have no idea how that is supposed to work
I had a friend that bought one of those right after he bought a little Rigid compound when he saw it on a magazine cover that had a HHA article. He shot a dozen aluminum arrows away with accidental releases before his compound flew apart. A good day for all involved. He next bought a Hill Tembo and never looked back. You release by letting up with the ring finger and tightening the index finger. They came in a vertical and horizontal release model.

LOL I am thinking accidental releases would be common with this gem. So then I am guessing this would be a vertical model?
It Looks Painful, whatever it is!! :scared:
