Thanks to many members of Tradgang, especially Shawn, Im really enjoying my new RER Arroyo. I cant thank you all enough. I've joined a local traditional league, and Im getting all kinds of comments on the bow. Not to mention Im shooting better than I ever did with my old X-200
I am have a little problem that Ide like some advice on.... I finally started to fletch my own arrows, and I left a few unfletch for bare shafting. When I shot the bare shafts, I noticed that the spine seems to be just right with either 100 or 125gr, using 50gr brass inserts. The problem is nock hight. Cant seem to tune it. I keep grouping my bare shafts low at 20 yards.(Does that mean nock high?) I have worked my nock a bit at a time from 1/4 all the way up to 1" and back down with not much of a change. Im shooting 3 fingers under with only one tied on nock above the arrow. My bow is 55# at 28" Im shooting CX Heritage 150's cut to 29" My draw is 28"
Ive read back in the forum, but I cant seem to find the answer Im looking for. Any tips?
Thanks
There is a lot of great information here in the bow tuning section:

Try lowering in tiny increments. I wouldn't go lower than 3/16 or you'll have fletch clearance issues.
Bare shaft low/nock point high indicates nock is too high.
See Ya,

With three under, a little higher sometimes works best, but can't for the life of me remember how high I set it when I shot three under last season. I'm thinking around 3/8, no more than a half. One inch is way too high, for sure.
I shoot 3 under and have 2 bows nocked at 3/4".
