I thought this was going to be about trying to catch the UPS man before the wife because she gave an "it's me or the arrows" ultimatum

Catching the UPS man before the wife is better than catching the UPS man with the wife!    ;)

Funny but a Man needs to learn to Multitask. Think about arrows and respond "I love you too" every so often.

Showed this to my wife when she asked why I was laughing. I then got the "if you would just talk to me about what's on your mind" talk. I guess I have room to improve.

After 38 yrs. of bliss, the good ones can hide their embarrassment when the neighbors inquire "why is your husband (who is too old to be on it)shooting arrows off your roof" every September? She's actually come around to my point of view that security systems are squat in comparison to folks believing you're just a little bit "touched", i.e. the "door to door" types often skip my house!

So funny, but so true.... Once they figure out how to get your attention when they want it, and realize it ain't going to happen often during hunting season. They either accept it, or move on early in the relationship.....

My wife for 32 years tells her friends the only way she can get my attention during hunting season is to put a little elk urine behind her ears...    :biglaugh:

Thank you, I needed that this morning.  :D   I'm lucky, my girlfriend knows I'm "touched" when it comes to archery and hunting. Not that I needed it, but she actually reminded me that I needed some new arrows a couple weeks ago. Gotta love her.

If'n you got a wife-type, live with it!!!

Communication, as mentioned in earlier posts, goes a long way toward ending the speculations...never a good thing to have a woman speculate!

Ya'll need a hobby...wait, you have that or a passion, huh?!    :knothead:

Dang! I don't have it only with archery, but also with knives and audio/home cinema.... Should I sharpen that knife again because some hairs stayed on my arm last time, Should I bareshaft that arrows again, because last time they seemed a little nock-left, should I re-calibrate my surround receiver again, because last time it seemed the basses where just a little bit overdone, shall I buy a RER or a Sasquatch, do I need another Bark River knife, shall I order my new Timberghost with antler limb blots or just plain bolts...
Oohs, man it drives me insane sometimes.... I need serious help.....
