his belly is empty, it's flat and lean

I've spent a number of years in the past spending time with Ron (as in many adventures!) and I have always been amazed how Ron can just come up with poems and songs just at will......I have many in my collection and have strongly suggested several times that he put them into book form so that everyone that loves the essence of shooting the bow and arrow could enjoy his passion for this sport as he does!
