Went out to do some stumping, and maybe chase up some small game today. Came across a carcass of a small buck that had been stripped clean by predators.

I set up near the carcass and busted out with the critter call. Within 5 minutes of calling, I had a nice bobcat materialize out of no where! It was a thick area, and it seemed to have just appeared. I can't shoot bobcats here, and he was on me any way. He busted out of there like lightning!
After messing around the woods a while, I ended up on the edge of a field. There was a nice blow down on the edge in a low spot, so I thought I would set up for some more critter fun. I did some calling and after almost 15 minutes a fox showed up. I wasn't hidden very well, and he saw me draw. It jumped straight up at the shot, and I wasn't even close. I had a good laugh as he bolted across the field.
I had the camera set up for the calling sequence in the blow down. Here is the vid in case anyone interested in calling critters. I made an edit to shorten the time.

Face camo, and some string silencers, would do the trick...nice vid
Nice video.. looks like a beautiful day.
I agree with Scott, some face camo/headnet..etc. and gloves would help..
I wasn't all camoed up because I had only intended on stumping and hunting rabbits. But thanks.
