Title: A&H ACS 3 pc longbow
Post by: spider64 on January 13, 2015, 05:31:00 PM
I am thinking about getting a 3 pc A&H longbow. I have never shot one and would like to shoot one first . I live in Taylorsville North Carolina . If someone is a reasonable distant from me I would like to shoot one. I would also like to hear your comments on these bows. Is there much noise when they are shot ,riser length ,grip ,etc ? Thanks in advance !

I have several.  Smooth draw.  Quiet.  Almost no handshock.  Handle and shoot better than most recurves.  Very fast as well.  I really like their RC handle and grip as it is more recurve-like.

There are a lot of different combinations of riser and limbs you would need to shoot to know which one you prefer...all depends on how adaptable you are...the people at A&H are friendly and accommodating...why not give them a call and tell them what you are looking for...that is how I bought mine

I have 3. Shoot them all the time. As you can see on my post. Took the 62#er to Africa in June. Killed a 13" Springbok @ 29yds with a 595 gr. arra. It was so fast the Springbok never heard it coming. And as skittish as Those animals are, That's Amazing. I Highly recommend them! Plus they're Great folks to work with. I prefer the RC riser because it's more like a recurve. So when you switch from Rc_>Lb theres not much difference Good Luck -- Dano    :shaka:
