I'm in the market for a small bow quiver for my "new to me" John McCullough ~ Griffin longbow. Gonna stalk and stillhunt most of the time. Any ideas out there?
thanks ... mike ... :wavey:

Eagles Flight with a Magnum hood!

YEP!

With stalking and still hunting in mind, I would go with the back "tube" type quiver. Not exactly traditional themed, but they are quiet, easily accessible, and fully conceal your arrows.
Of course if ya want a bow quiver...see above.
Either way, good luck on your quest. Hope to hunt with ya this fall buddy.

Thunderhorn Small-Fry. I have one on my Vortex and it works perfect.

Great northern strap on or the new Kanati.><>

You can check out Ron LaClair's sight and have a look at his Shrew Custom bowquiver. I believe that he get them from Anneewakee Archery.
I have one on my Super Shrew, and it works great!

EFA 4 arrow, with the jumbo hood.
No extra weight, easy arrow removal, quiet, doesn't affect arrow flight, cheap, easy to fit, good quality,...etc...etc...etc...
Money very well spent, in my opinion

Cmon Mikey...slap on that backquiver with 2 doz arrows inside and go get 'em!

Yep Eagles flight no if ands or buts! I have one mini apache 4 arrow hood three arrow holder sweet!
-
I should add it holds three 220 grain muzzy phantoms on three carbons with 5 1/2 " feathers no feathers touch.

Kanati or Great Northern......both are great

Great Northern for my Vortexs.

Another vote here for Eagle's Flight. Bought a Navaho for my Shrew Scout recurve 4 arrow model. Now going to buy another 4 arrow with the Jumbo hood for my Treesharks and Griffin longbow.

Hey Mikey :wavey: ,
My favorite are the Great Northern Quivers. Get a strap on quiver for that bow and shoot ya' some deer!!!

Well... I couldn't make up my mind so... You guessed it. Just got two bow quivers in the mail. A "Small Fry BOA" from Thunderhorn and a "Kanati" from Lone Wolf. Both are great! Made very well. Gonna keep them both.
Maybe I need another longbow now... ;) ... Don't ya think?

PS: Thanks Again Everyone

I am also looking for a quiver for my 60" Treadway. I noticed everyone talking about the eagles flight quiver. Just wondering how it would work on my bow. Looks like it fastens with velcro. Any problems with it moving around or any noise if it is velcro? Also which model should I get? I usually like to carry 3 arrows tipped with woodsman broadheads. I was thinking about a Selway slide-on, but might go this route instead. Thanks for any replys!!

If you're looking for a 4 arrow light weight bow quiver, you can't beat these.

We not only sell them, we use them. Nancy has the Ultra-Lite on her bow and I've got the Shrew Custom on mine.

I own, or have used them all. I really like the small fry and the great northerns, but the Kanati is the most solid, functional bow quiver I've ever owned. It's crafted of the best materials and fits on the bow like it was welded on. I think it must have some sort of rigid support with a 90 degree angle, covered with leather which enables it to fit so snug to bow limbs. Whatever it is, it works better than anything out there. The only reason guys aren't using them is because they havn't tried one.

You're right Ed, the first time I saw a Kanati quiver was at the Kalamazoo Expo last January. It fit my bow so well and looked so good that I ask John to make them for me with my Shrew Logo stamped on the hood. If someone is looking for a light weight 4 arrow bow quiver, they can't do better than a Kanati or "Shrew Custom".

Now how would you like to run into THAT couple out in the woods? The little lady on the left would be a pleasure, but Ol' Sasquatch on the right more than likely would have me hiding and praying :biglaugh: . Happy Anniversary BTW.
I always used a Great Northern until the Eagles Flight came out.
