It's nice to see an increased traditional presence at the Archery Trade Show this year! These bows were incredible!

Those are amazing, I may be crazy but if I owned one of those I would have to hunt with it.
AMAZING is an under staightment that took some real expertease!! :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:
I got to know what would something like that cost????
Go to the Blacktail website, the prices will make your eyes bug out. Elevates the bow to a fine art piece. I would totally hunt with one too if I owned it, would he a damn shame to have it be a wall hanger. I'd be happy with a 'regular' Blacktail, I'll leave those ones for the guys who make six figures.
They told me that one of those sold for $5200!!!
If I could afford one, I'd damn sure hunt with it! That is a beautiful bow/piece of art....It would look better with a little blood smeared on it though lol.
Love the fighting bears. A fully decked out Schafer with extra limbs and silver inlays costs way less than that.
WOW!!
Sheesh! The artwork and detail are incredible.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and bows are a small canvas for the artist to work on. To me, even spliced veneers get a bow looking gaudy pretty quick.
wow that's artwork right there!
Those are amazing for sure. My wife and I had the opportunity to shoot a blackmail bow a few months ago. Was smooth as butter and a real treat to shoot. If I recall correctly it was 45lbs and my wife was able to draw it back with hardly any issue. She prefers to stay lighter. Would definitely love to own one.
Really incredible pieces of art,I would hunt with it anyway if it were mine,it will survive me anyway.
Wow..thats gorgeous!!
If I had a disposable $5200 I would own one. Just for the artistic aspect! I would hunt with it occasionally but it wouldn't be my #1.
Its too bad about the pretty Riser..... I would have to drill in some quiver inserts.
I thought my Blacktail Elite VL was artsy fartsy until the Legacy model came out. If I won the lottery, I would own one for giggles.
I shot a Blacktail, they shoot really nice, but I think I would get something not quite that fancy if I was a recurve shooter.
AWESOMEEEE  Art at its finest :D
Too rich for my blood but sure is a beautiful bow!
WOW, Beauties
Considering the class of artwork .......... $5200 is a bargain .............. I've seen items with equal or less coverage sell for a WHOLE lot more! :notworthy:
If you guys have not already done so check out the bows on Blacktails website. Absolutely stunning!
very nice work there,,, I think they are called silversmiths who do that work most can be found on the primitive muzzleloader forums and yes you can take a 1200 dollar caywood poor boy and a year later its worth 5000.00 easy after all the gold flake and silver inlay and checkering is done,,,, the same work can be done to any wooden bow as you see in the pic above..
stunning!
Magnificent work and likely to be vastly appreciated by many who do not shoot traditional
