Title: shout out to big jims customer service
Post by: anchorman on December 22, 2014, 07:53:00 AM: Last week had ordered some blems from big jim after seeing the email confirmation realized that wrong size was shipped to me. Ipon calling and talking to them they without hesitation sent me the correct size with a return postage paid label for the first arrows. Just dont find service like that from people or companies like that. I just wanted to tip my hat to them....lonnie

But Debbie is best ! I asked for rhino string material ,they do not have it on site . Debbie is bought rhino and sent me ! I just waiting couple days more .
