The Sheepeater Spirit Recurve from Mark Baker and Brent Rudolph arrived! It sure is pretty. I'd like to thank Mark and Brent for making it for me, and can't wait to try it out.
They are great guys to work with, but man, Brent really likes to talk when you get him on the phone!
Thanks again, guys!

Don't you hate it when that happens!
What kind of wood did you have it made from?
Well, it gets lonely out here in the bow shop! Hope you enjoy the bow Lee.
Brent
Pretty! Congratulations!!! :archer:
So, it pulls 23#@26"? It is 72" long? Linen bowstrings and cane arrers only?
Out wiffit, man!!
Killdeer :D
Scott, the woods are osage riser with a combo of bocote and maple action wood.
Curtis, the leather rest is flexible enough to bend down, not fold. So, i guess it is more of a cradle. Mark has used them on his self bows for years, and he thought they would transition well to the small riser. I agree. They shoot great.
Those little Bows, are just too dang cool.Ill take that kind of rest over a shelf, any day. They just seem more foregiveing. Also,no worry bout yer rest material, commin off at the wrong time.
It is almost 48" long, and is 55# at 26". I am shooting tapered Sitka Spruce arrows, and man, Brent, it is quick! I didn't know about the rest, but I'm getting used to it and like it more and more.
