Title: inside diameter of Beamen's center shot

what is the inside diameter of a Beamen's centershot 500 spine arrow, I've looked on their website but can't find the particulars

I haven't seen the ID of a Centershot listed any where.They are their H-size arrows,inbetween a X-nock arrow(.204 ID) and S-nock arrow(.246 ID).I have measured a H-nock and HP insert and is approximately .230-.232.
