my neighbor bought a Bushnell Trail cam
http://www.bushnell.com/general/trailcameras_trailscout_11-9700.cfm
she entered a security code and now she cant remember it. she talked to Bushnell today and they told her to send it back to them to "reset" it. now shes looking at about $20 in postage to have it reset. anyone know how to save $20 and the time in shipping back and forth?
Thanks

I just got my camera back. It lost it's memory of my password. After talking to the tech, I learned the only way to get it fixed was to send it back to Bushnell. Include a copy of your sales slip. Good luck. Darryl

I have a buddy who works at a sporting goods store that sell trail cams and he said they take back over 50% of Bushnell Cams for defects and or problems. I would steer clear of buying one if you are in the market for another.

When I worked at Gander MTN. we took a lot of those in also. never took back a cuddy but I can't leap for that chunk of change. I think I'd rather get a new stick.

Leaf River is supposed to be a very good unit at a better price than the cuddy back.
