Hi Gang,
For a new bow to come, I am thinking (spalted) Mango veneers. Or maybe spalted Myrtle. Or maybe even a combo. As long as it has an exceptionally pretty grain, it is ok... :p
Anyone has pices of those veneers on their limbs?
Thnx bro's
:wavey:

Curt, in the case you have something extraordinary, don't hold back! :jumper:
:campfire:
If you are going with another Caribow, check out Abes bubinga sapwood. Click the link to his Facebook page.
It is not going to be another Caribow, it will be a Timberghost this time..., just couldn't resist the temptation....I agree that Abe has beautiful veneers and his bows are made to perfection...

Ad,
I see your trying to make a decision here...good luck...maybe a beer and think about it...
God bless, Pierre
Hey buddy, I think you are right... :) I also think it is going tot be spalted mango if available.
Troy is a sponsor here and has some great stuff on his website

I am sure if you see something you like he could ship it to your builder.
Plain mango here. Mango really pops when you put it under glass. These are from Troy, one of his 2014 St Judes donations.

Can't see no pic?
I messed up somehow. Now photobucket is down for maintenance. I'll check back in a while.
