Well this weekend in parts of pa is archery doe season opening day. This is my first year traditional so I'm excited. Anyways I'll be heading out to 5c anyone else going out? Good luck all this season.
Good luck this season. There is something about hunting with traditional gear that will change the way you feel about hunting and the outdoors in general forever.
I agree with jt.
Good luck to you my friend! Stay safe, shoot straight and enjoy the journey! :wavey:
go get em guys. us western hunters have been at it for a month, but I love the east's long seasons and watching the seasons change like you guys get to. shoot straight.
I'll be out on Saturday in 5C as well. Looking forward to this season.

Looking forward to the success thread :)
Last year was my first year hunting with archery gear, and I have to say that it was the most fun I've had hunting since I was a kid.
Good luck and enjoy the experience!
Best of luck to you guys. Our season in Texas opens on the 27th. I wish all of you much success.
Good luck
Good luck to all too. To be honest I'm little nervous I'm not as good with a long bow as I was with the wheels.
I will be out setting up a treestand or two this weekend. The corn is drying out, the leaves starting to change, and the mist is rising from the waterways of a morning... Life is good. :archer:
Well said Todd. Nothing better than this time of year.
Good luck!

4B and 5B.
Broadheads are sharpened and sitting in the quiver. Still more practicing to do though.
Won't be out the first Saturday, but hope to sneak out on the first Monday or Tuesday after the opening day rush.
Hope to spend the first few days out with the recurve. Likely going to take the TT Titan, but since the Fedora has not sold, I might take it instead.
