Well, the beans are turning yellow, the acorns are nearly ripe ... Must be time to start sharpening broadheads. Good luck this season everyone. :archer:

BACK AT YA MAN.....CANT WAIT!!!
Good luck man, I can start hunting not the 15th so either tomorrow or Tuesday I'm gonna hang a stand and make a couple ground blinds and I'll be set!!!
And we are starting to get cool mornings and evenings...Cant Wait!!!
I read this thread a while back, so I took special notice while out today setting up another stand. The heat is still stifling, but I did notice that a few of the leaves have started turning and some are beginning to fall.
Someone, please send some Autumn towards Tennessee! I'm having to mow the yard every 5 days so it doesn't look like a jungle here. Temps in the mid 90's heat index 100 or better. I HATE summer.
I did see a nice buck that had already rubbed off his velvet on Friday. It was in the middle of the day in the middle of town. He ran across the road right in front of me, headed north...I think he was looking for cooler weather too lol.
