years ago i remember seeing an arrow crester advertised in TBM that sold for about $150 +/-..it appeared to be very well made and engineered beautifully compared to the Bohning models. Does anyone know who made these or remembers em?

Bob Burton at Whispering Winds has one of the better ones I've seen. Phillips Pro Crester, About $170 though!

Rich I second what Caddo said. I have a Phillips pro Crester and it is great. You can do very very fine lines with it. If you get one get a few spare "O" ring in case you break one. Jack

I have been using a Phillips for years now and could not be happier. You can not go wrong with this crestor.
There is another one made by a couple of guys in WA. I do not think they have a website but if you contact TBW they can point you in the right direction.

I bet it was Arrow Specialties of Enumclaw, Washington.
It's the one I use and really like. I remember seeing it in TBM several years back.

Yep, just some little spring clips; I use them to hold my cresting pattern in place.
