Title: Had to send an arm guard to Montana
Post by: Chad Orde on August 22, 2014, 09:41:00 PM
So 3 years ago I went to the Bob with some buddy's elk/mule deer. This year one of my friends is going back I felt called not to go but I had to go along some how so I made him an arm guard.

One lucky friend! Nice work, I like the compass  there. Makes more sense than some I see with small knives on them.

I like it all, especially the scriptures for if the compass fails "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." Ps 119:105

I have to admit the compass idea was not my own! I seen it on Wild Traditions hunting video which is in my top three early morning coffee and relax movies! I did however source some good liquid filled compasses and devise a way to securely fashion them to the arm guard.

After that I just had to make one!,
