I was wondering if there is an aluminum arrow insert on the market for 2016's that weigh 40-50 grains?
I'm planning on using a 100 grain broadhead and I would like to get the weight up a little.
Thanks
Only ones I know of weigh 20grs and brass ones that weigh 100grs.

Yea, that's all I've seen also.
Thanks
The bow is a 45lb recurve, with ff string. I draw 28 inches so I might can get away with a 1919 with standard insert. I kinda wanted to have a little more weight though.
You can run a tap all the way through a standard insert and use gold tip screw on brass weights

Thanks, I didn't know that.
I think that Kustom King had adjustable inserts for various aluminum arrows that allowed the use of screw-on weights behind the insert.

Yea, I just saw them on KK site. I'm assuming you buy the weights to screw into the Converta insert.
Thanks for the help fellas
In stead of buying the weights for the convert inserts go to the hardware store and buy son 1" 8-32 set screws, they weigh 31 gr if I'm not mistaken.

Thank you for the tip. That will be more convenient.
why not just buy 125g broadheads?
