Thought I'd put back up some pics of my Tee Pee and hunting camp. I have a few Trad gang members coming to hunt with me this fall for a primitive weapons hunt for White Tail. This is the way it looked last year.

And a couple of pics of the inside. To be completed this year.

And I'll throw in a spike horn I shot last year with my Hill Cheetah. Not a lot of big bucks here, but my deer #'s are good. If we have good acorn mast this year, I expect the hunting to be much better than last year.

That is cool I would love to spend some time in something like that on a primitive bow hunt
Absolutely! That is a real nice, comfortable camp you have there! May the Goddess of the Hunt smile upon you! Jacques
I can smell the wood smoke now. :campfire:
Wow that's cool. Would be a blast to hang out in that thing!!
That looks like alot of fun.
Congrats on your buck, and I agree with the others.....very inviting camp and great accomodations.
Arent the poles supposed to be on the inside? LOL!
Looks awesome David!!!!!
Thanks for the nice comments everyone. I'll post some more pics of the Tee Pee after I do some further revamping. I like hunting with primitive bows. Here's another buck I killed with an Osage self bow back in 2010.

nice !
Very unique camp David. Just curious of the dimensions. How tall are the poles, and what is the diameter. Have a safe and successful season
Glen, the poles are about 30 ft long and the Tee Pee is 20 ft in diameter. Poles are red maple with their bases set on stone. I covered it with chicken wire and then roofing felt. This year I am re- covering it with the new synthetic roofing. I also will finish covering the inside of the TP with white synthetic roofing to refract more light. It has worked very well and at a fraction of the cost of a canvas one. Thanks for your comment.
Thanks again everyone. I will mention also, in case anyone wants to build one, that the floor of the TP is field stone set in sifted dirt. The mostly large flat stones settle nicely making a nice primitive floor. Next I need to lash together a sapling table and chairs. I can fit easily 5 cots around the perimeter plus the door and stove. A 4x6 table will work nicely in the center.
Very cool indeed
Very nice indeed!!That is the way to GO!!
MAY THE SPIRIT OF FRED BEAR GUIDE OUR ARROWS.
AWESOME :campfire:
