Hi from Spain!!
A friend of mine was hunting pigs last day, when a group of ibex, the hunting operation is a free range area in the mountains of Cuenca, went to visit the place and to eat the pigs corn.
Not tags, but a great experience.

Very cool. Those pesky tags can be a problem. Lol
The cost of one ibex trophy can be very high, 4000-5000 dollars....
Pretty cool looking animals. How far were they from you Jorge? They look close to your position.
Not me, a friend, but around twenty yards i think
Very nice! Love to see pics from others hunts.
Cool to see a Bear bow over in Spain!
Bear is popular worldwide!!
Thank you!!
Great pictures... Thanks for sharing.
Very cool looking animal. Is it hard to get a tag to hunt them?

I would love to shoot an Ibex, especially if I could do it in Spain!

Very nice! An you have pigs too. My daughter is getting her master's degree at the University of Seville. :archer2:
Habujohn,
Not, not really but you need to pay for it. Is not a draw or lotery system, only pay to the outfitter, and is expensive.
My friend has the hunting rights in the area, but they haven't tags as the population of ibex is not very high in the place. Probably the next years will have tags available for them of for clients, who knows.
Very neat. Those are some beautiful animals.
Thanks for the response Jorge.
