I live in north alabama . If you'll register on the aldeer website there's  a boatload of people from around Tuscaloosa that post there.

Tyler I would go to a local archery shop and ask around And see if there are any clubs that are looking for members. I see ads on Craig's list sometime as well. Or you run a ad in the courier journal or craigslist saying you are looking to join a club.

Or if you want to hunt public land mulberry fork shouldn't be that far. It's in Tuscaloosa county and walker county. I've turkey hunted on it and saw a lot of good places that looked great to bow hunt. If you go that route I can tell you where I was.

You just moved to the meca of traditional activity. At Tannehill park south of Birmingham you have the Pre-spring Arrow Fling in Feb, Children's Hospital shoot in April and the Hill shoot in June.

Just a little farther away at Briarfield park You have the Spring Rendezvous in March, State Championship in August and Russ Dixon Memorial shoot in September.
