Title: Max 2 limbs and Pheonic riser

I was wondering if anybody is shooting these limbs yet and if so how do u like them? I was thinking of trying a ILF setup. I was thinking a pheonic Morrison riser or a *****2 riser. I like recurves best. I was wondering if there is any chance morrison will be at ETAR or if someone was going so I could check them out? Let me know thanks brad

You know he makes the MAX 1 limbs, I have that combo with a solid phenolic Riser, sweet shooter, bullet proof. I like the

Think you would be pleased. Probably won't see Bob at any of the shows, doesn't travel much anymore, I could be wrong, just a guess.

I have a set of MAX 2's and they are good limbs. Bob isnt making limbs any more I dont believe. Border is making his limbs for him to his spec's.

Thanks guys what length of limb do you recommend for a 28 inch draw? I was thinking medium but not sure never had a ilf bow.

Mediums should work just fine. A 15" riser with mediums should put you at a 58" bow.

I just got a pair of MAX 2's yesterday from Bob. They are mediums, and I put them on a 15" Phoenix riser, which makes a 58" bow. I only put about 25 arrows through them, but my initial impression is: Wow! Fast and smooth! My first shot was at 12 yards and I honestly don't recall seeing the arrow in flight at all.

As others have said, Border does make the MAX 2's, per Morrison's specs. They are sent to Bob unfinished and then he finishes them.

babs - just realized your right down the road. If you want to come by and shoot my bow, you are welcome to do that. Also, I'm about 95% committed to ETAR on Saturday, so if you want to try to hook up there, that's another option.

Thanks david hopefully we can meet up at etar ill be with my wife she will be the lady with a boot on her foot she broke her ankle. We are going down wednesday and staying to sunday. If we dont meet up than I would love to meet up with u and I can bring up a few bows and we can shoot together thanks brad.
