I like the Great Northern pro quiver, light and easy to pull off also with the bow strung or the EFA 2 piece strap on.

When I had mine I had a side mount Great Northern, it came with the bow and worked well. I also used a slide on Selway now and then.

Thunderhorn limb bolt quivers on mine. Although one has quiver inserts and I have a GN side mount for it.

Thunderhorn 2pt on all 3 of mine.  I bought the full size but cut down the lower holder for just 4 arrows.  Gives enough room to keep fletching from touching each other.  Don't need to carry that many arrow hunting anyway.  Stumpin' is another story...

I too am a Thunderhorn guy.  I use 2 points on three of them and I have one side mount.

I'm extremely biased toward Thunderhorn quivers. Lots of reasons why, but I think Duane makes one of the most traditional-looking and beautiful quivers on the market today. There aren't very many guys you can email a pic of your bow and have them custom match the leather, thread color, etc. Duane has done this for me many times.

Here's a quiver/armguard set he made for a Morrison I used to own:

I've found that one set of heavy rubber silencers combined with a Selway slide on quiver makes for a very quiet setup.  Although the rubber slide on part of the Selway isn't  very "clean" looking, it does act like limb savers and absorbs any limb vibration.

The Selway slide on also spaces the grippers pretty far apart, again helping to settle any arrow vibration or arrow shake after the shot.

This is a good point!

I use the Selway Slide on, on both of mine.  I like them and they work great for me.  I too think they probably help to quiet the bow a bit.  Rick.

It is a fact that a bow quiver can in many cases quiet a bow down. We hear that a lot. It can also stabilize the bow allowing for a tighter group. With some quivers, however, your shot can be altered, requiring that you retune. A word of advice is to know your equipment, including the  quiver before you go into the woods.

Good advice Don.  I always practice with quivers on my bows...just like I hunt.  I even practice with one arrow missing like I just pulled the arrow from my quiver to shoot.
