I went out to hunt hogs and realized my feeder had gone on the blink. These hogs quit coming as soon as things aren't right,so I decided to go and try to get some rabbits, and had better luck. The jack rabbits are thick out here. I got a 15 yard shot on this jack and made a great hit. The thing was I thought I had missed. I shot and the rabbit just hopped off like nothing happened, but it looked like a perfect hit. I just thought I was seeing things, and went up to get my arrow and try again because they didn't go far,but realized that there was blood all over the arrow. I ended up hitting right where I was aiming, and he just didn't know he was hit. I had a great time! Way to go . One of my favorite game to chase.
The few rabbits Ive shot at acted the exact same way! I'm sure it had something to do with the fact they've never seen an arrow stick in the ground right beside them before!

Nice Jack!
Thanks guys. It feels good to get out of town and do this sort of thing, and it feels great to get some positive reinforcement!
