After the Auction From After the Auction From Doug Campbell
dkcampbl@yahoo.com
Do NOT ship items until an Admin has marked your item PAID, thank you.
OK guys and gals here's what is gonna happen. At the deadline we will lock down all the threads then we'll go thru and list the winners with totals. Please be patient.
You will need to pay via paypal, check or M/O, written to St Jude Children's Research Hospital As we receive payments we'll post on the thread, "payment received" and that it's OK to ship items. The winner and donor will need to be in contact with each other to make sure everything happens the way it's supposed to. You can click on each other's handle and either email or PM from the Profile screen.
Paying for your treasures -
Please note If payment is not received within a couple weeks, unless ya got a pretty good excuse the next highest bidder will have the option of paying for the item. I don't want to hurt the Kid's total $ but stringing the payments out over a month or two really disrupts things.
There's a couple ways to settle up after the auction and I'd really appreciate being done within a couple weeks. Please include you real name, TG handle, LINK TO THREAD(S)and all Auction info with correspondence.
You can pay with check or M/O written to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, (please do not write them to me or Trad Gang) and mailed to

Or you can pay via Paypal.com Click on the link and log in or register then click on "Send Money" enter PayPal@stjude.org in the "pay to" space, be sure to reference "Trad Gang St Jude Auction" then just follow the instructions. When making you payment you can choose goods, services under purchase and under personal if you select gift you don't have to pay the 3%.
Please give us all the info from your particular auction, reference Trad Gang ST Jude Auction, item, donor, both your name and TG handle . With a few hundred items it gets real confusing for this ol country boy.

Hey "T",
I don't know what my problem is and I'll most likely have to wait for normal business of Paypal to get it figured out but I started trying to log into my account to send money and as yet I've not had much success.
I know it hasn't anything to do with Tradgang that's causing the issue but I just wanted someone to know that I'm trying to do my part.
God bless,Mudd
PS: Hows the rehab coming along?
I got money sent finally but for some reason I didn't see or wasn't given the choice of filling out all the information needed.

PS: I sent Doug my member # and all other info as well.
Quick question guys...I did this last year but I don't remember how I did it lol.
In the send money box all I enter is paypal@stjude.org
In the email to recipient I put TradGang St Jude Auction in the subject line. In the message I put all of the auction info: the item, donor, my info etc.
Is this correct?
That's the way I did it last year, but I can't find the "gift" option anywhere anymore. Anyone have a pointer there?
Thom
Please contact Doug Campbell...his email is in the info I posted.
:campfire:
Check is in the addressed envelope and will be in the mail on Monday.
Already sent my payment. I didnt put my or the auction info in the note box on Paypal, just 'trad gang st. Jude auction', I emailed Doug the info. Hope that will work.
Thom, while there is no longer a "gift" option, you just use the "family and friends" option rather than the "goods and services" option.
If you use a linked checking account or your PayPal balance there are no fees. If using a credit card there is a fee, and you can choose to pay the fee or have the recipient (St. Jude) pay the fee.
Perfect, I didn't want to short the kids on accident!
Thom
Sent my payment yesterday, hope I did it correctly. I know the money went ok it is just the extra information I hope I got right.

you can always log back into your paypal account and pull up the tracking information and cut and paste that and send it to Doug in an email.
Well I hope I did everything right. I paid for my three items. I did it in three separate transactions. paypal@stjude.org in the send money to box. Trad Gang St Jude Auction in the subject line. All of my info in the message box. I also copied and pasted a link to the auctions in the message box.
I hope that's ok :dunno:
shag08 that sounds like it'll get the job done.
I think the system (PayPal's, St Judes?) may be swamped. I paid with two separate transactions. Both show up on my PayPal account, but have not been debited from my bank account yet and I have not received an e-mail from PayPal, which I normally do right away.
Maybe we loaded the system down with all the donations/purchases :)
I was confused on the best way to do this. I still am even after I sent admin an email. What I gathered was to do this......
What I did was total up my purchases then paid via paypal in one transaction. When I recieved reciept via email, I forwarded that reciept to Doug and links to my won items with the reciept. I think they are all busy like Bladepeek suggests. My bank account has not been hit yet but Paypal says it was sent. Hopefully that will work. Things may need to calm down for a few days
I don't know if Doug is privy to the paypal donation messages to St. Jude. Seems he would have to be on the account and I do not know if he is or not.
Todd
Thanks Ray. That puts my mind at ease. I was pretty sure that's how I did it last year and didn't have any problems. But I've slept since then.
Off on vacation right now but I'll send check to Walt next Monday
As soon as I found out I won the item I was bidding on I sent my donation via paypal. Followed the instructions to the letter and figured it will take a little time to hear anything due to the high amount of items bid on.
I'll post here too...
Please consider rounding up your payment to a higher nicer round number ;)
They are now charging a low fee even for family and friends from your cash account. 25 cents for 50.00 dollars.
2.25 maybe 2.50 for 50 bucks from a CC.
Paid mine last night, too. Good final total.
Paid mine last night too...
I sent a check and note to Walt out in the mail yesterday. It seemed like it would be the easiest way to include all of the info and to avoid any fees. (Assuming he can read my handwriting. Lol)
Thanks again to all who help make this possible! It was nice to feel like like I might have made a small difference for someone in need, without fear of being scammed. Tradgang is AWESOME!!!
Guys if you had the winning bid please check your PM so we can get your address to send your treasure so we don't need to wait 10 weeks to do so...... :(

Those aren't at the top of 1-4 I don't think....
Sorry..it is only missing on auction 1.
Thanks....fixed that....thanks
TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
Terry, I'm waiting for a PM :campfire:
Not sure what you mean waiting on a PM I don't do private messages how do emails private messages send you emails about your private messages and I get enough emails as it is.
If you bought something that I offered I will begin shipping tomorrow for all those who have paid maybe that's what this is about I don't know as I haven't had time to check my email this morning.....
And again you couldn't have sent me a PM because I don't receive them the system will not allow you to send one to someone who doesn't accept them
I was just responding to Stabows post above. Thanks Terry for clarification.
Payment sent
I finally had some time off work and managed to process every check that was received to date. I'll just say to everybody who participated:
YOU ARE AWESOME!
Thanks
ttt sent my check off yesterday.
