Not sure of the spine on those beasts but the Easton Full Metal Jacket Dangerous Game is available in 300 and 250 spine and is a very heavy arrow, 15 to 17 gpi...hope this helps

In aluminum the closest in spine is a 2613(.265 spine and 11.5 GPI) to a 2419(.268 spine and 14.6 GPI) but the 2613 is about 90 grs. lighter in weight.I don't know what it would spine out to be but you could try slipping a 1916 inside of a 2117 shaft,I think I remember reading that Paul Scfafer did that for some heavy spine arrows.Also like damascusdave recommended the Easton Dangerous Game FMJ in the 250 spine or 300.

Beeman Bowhunter ICS 300 carbon shaft.
Comes out lighter than a 2419 with a complete arrow, so I put nylon rope inside the shaft and it gets the weight up where they are very similar.
Tough shafts...economical too.

Easton has apparently stopped making the Grand Slam line of arrows which has a had a big effect on what is currently available...even 2219 Grand Slams have not been made for some time...I am taking good care of the few 2317 Grand Slams I have left

Just that Habu longbow. I've worked on my shooting form and extended my draw length a good inch(63 to 65 lbs). I have some 2317's but they tune w/ a 125gr Snuffer and I have to have those 160's. Total weight? 9 to 10 gpi would be great a little heavier OK but not lighter. Just want them to fly well. Getting ready for squirrel's and such!
The 2613 mentioned above will match spine but the thin wall will not be durable.
Sadly, unless you find a stash of them somewhere, you are likely going to have to shoot a heavy spine carbon. If you don't mind the weight, I would try and build the penetrators listed by Mike Walker.

Yes Mike that's exactly what I'm using. The one piece BH adapters w/ both 2219's and 2317's but both still aren't stiff enough to handle a 160 Snuffer.
I'll look into some 340's or 300's carbons stuffed w/ something. I've played a bit w/ carbons and this bow but have found the alums easier to tune.

Depending on draw length, a 7595 gold tip. with a 100g insert and the 160 snuffer will weigh 600+ g
I am shooting a full length 7595 with 311 up front and a 31.5" draw out of 64 lb longbow at my draw. Total arrow weight is 685g. Near perfect bare shaft and shoots broadheads exceptionally well.

Yes Mike I was thinking the swaged route but didn't have a source. I have had swaged alums. before and from what I remember they weren't very well done. Again, FMJ'S, shot those a few years back. I'm just trying to be old cheapo. I guess sometimes you have to pay to play. Oh that 29'' 340 sounds very good in weight as dose those 300's.

Stephen,I have shot the 2219 cut at 29" from my 65# recurves with a 29" draw(I like to feel the BHs on my index finger) they flew perfectly with a 154/160 point.
So my impression is you are overspined with a LB at a shorter draw,arrow lenght and point weight. Just my opinion.
cacciatore, I sure wish that was true but this bow will bare shaft a 2219 w/ a 100gr screw in feildpoint perfectly out to any distant as well as a 2317 w/ a 125gr. I have 2 other recurves the same draw weight and they both shoot a 2216 w/ a 160gr point very well. When I had the bow built the bowyer told me at least a 340 spined carbon w/ 220gr FP at 27'' draw(60lbs). I too feel it's over spine but all the above mentioned alums show weak when bare shaft tuning w/ more than 125gr FP.
