Any of you guys hunting in Day One's ASAT lightweight fleece? If so how do you like it? It looks like he no longer offers ASAT in the bucksuede. Thanks.
Love mine!!!
Love mine, too!
Do you guys have tops and/or bottoms?
I have several Day One pieces given they're based in Denver where I live. Lightweight fleece pullover is a favorite.
I have a pair of Woodhide fleece pants and I like the camo pattern. Downside is fleece picks up burrs/seeds. Primarily, wear bucksuede pants instead.
I have used Day One light weight fleece in ASAT and it is very good want well made. I used it in CO Elk hunting in September and it fits the bill. Quite! Fleece does pick up those pesky black long skinny burrs that are now all over the area I hunt in CO...only down side of fleece. Day one is made in CO, USA and it is at the top when it comes to quality.
To the top.
If you contact them, they may have enough left over to make something, but not enough to list. I asked about an old pattern and a vest and bucket had could be made.
No experience with the light fleece, but my regular fleece pants are 20+ years old and still going strongish. Probably time for a new pair...
I wish he made some poly pants. I just won't wear fleece because of the burr issue...
Great stuff, use it all the time.
I have a ASAT light fleece pullover. Love it! Had it for over 10 years. Sheds water better then I expected! Only negative is that it has gotten a little "pilly" over all the years, but still my #1 jacket for most of my bowseason.
