Title: A young man getting his start.
Post by: Mudd on May 18, 2014, 07:02:00 PM
Kirby and his son stop by this afternoon.

I would post his name if I could remember it...lol (I am so sorry Kirby and son)

This young man has been shooting but only with a different style of bow.

Today he got a chance to shoot a few traditional style bows including a couple of selfbows.

After we finished I asked him what he thought and his reply was "That's not as easy as it looks."....lol

I think he did great!

I was happy to have them over for some fun.

God bless,Mudd

The greatest thing we can do with traditional archery is to pass it along to the next generation. Way to keep the ball rolling Mudd!   :clapper:    :clapper:

Good for you Mr. Mudd   It is the only way that we can keep the true sport of Archery alive.

:clapper:  He'll always remember that day, hopefully while asking himself, "what have I done?"
