Not all of those years were with trad gear but over half were. Helped to draw a good tag too. Took it with my Bear 76'er that's exact same as the one I had in my teens! Think I'm more pleased with it than I was with my first archery deer I shot in 2012! Draw weight is probably around fifty pounds at my draw length, it has a little bit of twist in the lower limbs and I had to use my wife's arrows with an extra hundred grains up front to make em fly right but it worked great once I quit trying to use the string tracker. Season just opened yesterday so was short but wife still needs to fill her tag so I'll get to go some more and do the callin and haulin for her;^)
Congrats! We need a turkey graemlin!
Great job!...those turkeys can be tricky!
Congrats! Nice bird!

I evidently suck at hero shots, have to chalk it up to inexperience I guess!

Very cool brutha! :clapper:
I got a serious education on my first turkey hunt this year. Man those things can spot movement a 100 yards away. I'll bet i saw 60 birds in my 3 day hunt and only got to anchor once without getting busted...of course the one time i did get to full draw the wind blew my ghillie suit hood over my eyes... Turkey hunting can be very humbling....
Congratulations!!! That's Awesome!! Good luck to your wife, as well!!
Congratulations, way to go! I never even got a shot off this year at one,I'm glad to see a lot of other people are getting it done.
