All I can say is WOW...!!!!
Love the striped ebony! WOW!!!
What a fine piece of craftsmanship Keith!!CONGRATS AND ENJOY MAN
Oh my goodness... WOW! :notworthy:
:clapper:
Thanks Danny. Cant wait to see it in person. Specs are 60" 53@28 and 58@28 on a 15" riser. Riser overlays and limb tips are rough Kudu. I still have to get the Silver inlay and wire work done when I get it. Then back to Dave for a spot finish.
Limbs are Macasser face from Dave and Bocote I got from Mike Dunnaway at Wild Horse Creek Bows last fall on a hunt to KS. Riser is Macasser outside with Gaboon crescent with Bocote strips in between. It is FF.
:clapper:
STUNNING!!!!
might be the best i have seen - wow!!!
An awesome bow. You will be amazed how well they shoot too.
That's one beautiful bow.
Oh my, that is amazing
Keith, you've always had great taste in bows... This one is the best yet. Congratulations on a fine purchase.
That is the nicest I have seen/ Absolutely class.
God bless, Steve
Looks really good Kieth.
:scared: Very very nice bow,congrats
I think Felix is going to feel the urge for another Silvertip. ;)
That is one seriously fine and fabulous weapon. Your eye for classy wood is obvious, and the combo in this bow is outstanding. I don't know how Dave does it, but I'm glad we have him out there making dust...and bows. Congratulations!
 :notworthy:
WOW! Absolutely gorgeous!
Wow! :bigsmyl:
I've said "that's the nicest one I've seen" a few times but I mean it this time. Beauty Keith!
Oh My !@! That looks amazing Keith! You're going to see a different bow when it arrives compared to the pics.
That riser looks like it could kill without an arrow
Keith well designed piece of art! Too bad that Kevin is became so conservative,LOL.
BY the way I am on the list and maybe ready in 2-3 months
Ive been green looking at Kevins bows many times. And YORNOCs, Easykeepers, Dannys, Felixs, and many others. There are some beauts on here.
Keith... everything about that bow was a good idea! I love how dark the riser is; it really looks like it's supposed to do what it's supposed to do. Very pretty to contrast the ebony with the bocote. Congratulations!
Hands down, the best looking Silvertip I have ever seen. Congrats!!
Thanks guys. I told Beth what I wanted. She picked everything out except the Bocote. Great people to deal with. I still want another 56" beauty from them. Hmmmm.
I actually sent a bow to Dave to have him copy to make the limbs interchangeable. Danny has a pic of that bow to post when he can.
Congrats on an awesome bow!!
ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Best of luck with an awesome bow Keith!!! Are you taking her to Co. this year?
That is one of the nicest bows I have seen. I love the dark riser woods. Hope it brings you much success hunting Keith.
Thanks guys. I am Mike. I will carry the heavier limbs. At my draw 29.5" should put them aound 63#. Wish I could carry them on a Moose hunt with you:)
Better bring that to ETAR Keith!!
Breath taking! Beautiful Bow...enjoy
WOWEE thats sweet. Hey does she know yet.LOL
How long did it take Z? This is beautiful I'd say.
My bro Keith wanted me to post these pics. He sent this bow to Dave and had him copy the riser so that the limbs are interchangeable between the new riser and this one.

Keith has thenicest collection of Tips that I've seen!
No way - pure class! Love it!
Kris
Wow!!! Who does the inlays?
My neighbor does the inlays for me. All pure silver. My 2 Black Widows have a dropped Whitetail and dropped non-typical Mule Deer sheds in the risers. My 56" Schafer has a Turkey Feather. My 58" Schafer one pc is getting a dropped Elk shed now. My Morrison has a Deer track. The bow above has a dropped Moose shed. And this bow is getting a Silver Grizzly Track in the riser with wire inlay. I just like the way it dresses up a bow to the next level.
That moose antler is too cool. Some fine bows.
Keith
Very nice talking to you today.
That new Tip you are getting has got to be one of the best looking bows I have ever seen!
Congrats buddy!
Thanks Jake. Lets try to meet up this fall. Its about time:)
Absolutely beautiful bow!! There's some real craftsmanship as well as artistry there. I'd be afraid to take it into the woods!
Enjoy that work of art!
I hunt with all my bows. Hopefully I will get a package in the mail today:) I will get some good pics in sunlight.
Well......did it arrive?
Maybe you're just too busy fondling it to give us an update.
I got it yesterday but was at work all day. I will get some pics Sunday. Its even better looking in person.
Can I send you my adoption papers?
That's a stunning bow. :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:
Sweet bow! Almost too nice to take in the woods!
I took a few pics myself. I will see if Danny will post a few.
Absolutely stunning bow, that's a real piece of art!
-Jay
Beautiful Tip! I love the Macassar,Sheep Horn, and of course the Bear Compass!
My good friend Keith asked that I post these for him, they show the colors of the woods a bit better.

That's a beauty!
Bisch
I stopped into the Windaur's shop last month to chat, and held that very bow. I knew when I saw it as a work in progress that it was going to be sharp. Turned out even better than I would have thought. Gorgeous looking bow.
Thanks guys. Cant wait to see it finished with the silver inlay in the riser.

Laffin.....
I couldn't mistake that piece of B&W ebony in the bottom of that pic.
That's my new 60" 3 piece :D I'm a local guy, I picked mine up a week ago.
Dan post some pics of your bow and remember to pay me the Royalties for the design.LOL

HOLY CRAP!!! I didn't think those were striped Ebony. You've got the veneers that Brad (Biatholonman) and I picked out when he was here on a bear hunt in the Bob Marshall. Dave had told me that Beth emailed pics to a guy who ended up with those veneers. I spent a couple hours picking out wood. I ended up changing my mind when I gave Dave the "big deposit" on my bow. I ended up with a set of veneers out of the same pile that Beth had picked out. Once the limbs were layed up, my 2nd pick veneers, which are much bolder, all 4 match. The limbs are layed up where it looks like a solid piece (the back mirrors the belly) That's the only reason your veneers aren't in my bow. Your veneers got picked out of 100 by a master bowyer, and a Lead Grader (turned lathe operator) from the local plywood mill.
Your bow and mine were 2 of 4 that were in an order of "exotic silvertips, with flare"
Cacc...
I got no photobucket anymore.
I'd have to email pics to somebody (which would require taking them)
I'm wondering who wound up with the piece of B&W ebony that was the center of my "flares" That was a gorgeus riser if I ever saw one...
WOW! Thats some cool info. Yeah, Beth sent me the pics and I liked them. I love the looks of Macasser. I hope you can get pics of yours posted on here since we have a pic of it already. Very Cool!
I'm pretty sure I saw your bow there when I picked mine up.
I didn't look too close at anything else out there, I was way too excited to get mine in my hands.
I'm the guy that's bought and sold orphaned Silvertips that turn up around here over the years. The Silvertip I just picked up is the first bow that I ever ordered. I'll hunt and abuse mine until I croak, and then my nephew will get it.
I should have you pick out some snake skins for my 2nd set of limbs for my new 'tip when I get around to them. Then we'll be even ;)
Sounds like I deal. You're not the first person I picked skins out for a bow:)
As soon as Break-Up is over and I'm working some OT (or I go to work for the BNSF) I'll be putting in an order for limbs.
I like 60# for killin' stuff, and 51-52 for archery stuff.
The 2nd set will prolly be black glass so I can milk every FPS I can out of it. Oh, and of course antelope tips again.
In Montana, we call antelope "fast food" :D Using them for tips adds 5FPS
Same here. Thats why I ordered 50# and 57# limbs. Target and hunting. Black glass...hmmm....tough to beat Diamondback skins for that.
I like the way you think...
And that's whats on my other 'Tip for hunting limbs.
WOW... She's sweet!!!!
Wow, she is a beauty! Nice pics. Been thinking about getting a Silvertip. Thanks for showing the pics. :clapper:
Another dandy Silvertip!! Congrats!!
Dave and Beth are turning out some fabulous bows!!!
Those high dollar Blacktails have nothing on these. Truly a thing of beauty.
Dave is the master craftsman for sure!
My buddy Keith wanted me to post these pictures of inlays he gets done on his bow as a few have pmed him about them.

Wow very nice Keith !!!
OH, I do like that one! I wish more bowyers would build 1 piece of wood risers like that. Most want multi-woods and racing stripes. The earthy natural look of a fine piece of lumber as a riser gives a bow a more traditional look for me.
Enjoy and if you ever decide to part w/ it??? Please let me know.
Very nice my friend, thanks for sharing the photo's with me the other day. Pretty impressive!
Thanks guys. I will get pics posted of my one pc and the new one when they are done.
I just put a order in to Beth at Schafer that's going to look better then Keith's. Had to do it buddy !

That's a pretty tall order Gary !
I looked through the Schafer website and they are beautiful bows. It does not list the prices. What is the price range on a Silver Tip?
They have an price list you can go through on the product line portion of the website. It lists most of the price options.
