Yep, this ol' hoss is still alive and kicking (hang out mostly in TGMM these days). As some know, I've been helping a friend get started in archery and he has improved rapidly. We've even been doing a few Turkey hunts (with no kill results yet) this season, in between our joint practice sessions every day that we can.
That having been said I, just a couple of days ago, noticed the St. Jude Auction banner and it woke me up to the fact that Spring has finally arrived. BOY! have I got to get on the ball with my camera. As usual, I've got a few things to photograph and get listed in order to make my little attempt to help the Kids of St. Jude. I promise you WILL be seeing and hearing more from me in the next couple of months ('til you may be ready to launch an arra at me - LOL). How about you? Please make your best effort to help in any way you can - remember, EVERY LITTLE BIT COUNTS. See you in the Auction forums - B :goldtooth:
Hey, Bernie, been wondering where you have been. Good to see you post. :wavey:
Thank you, David. I'm always around and showing up - like the proverbial "bad penny" Just not as quick or frequent in my activities anymore - :D
:wavey: :wavey: :wavey: :wavey:
Hey Bernie, get cracking! ;) ;) :p
whats TGMM?
It's a closed forum within Trad Gang that members of Trad Gang can join sometimes . Does good works for trad archery, etc. Just a smaller group. Most years Memberships are offered during the St. Jude Auction for a $150.00 donation for the kids of St. Jude. Not sure yet if they are this year or not yet.
Sorry but that's all i can tell you, at least for now.
I always enjoy your offerings to the auction Bernie....let the bidding begin!
Thank you, Allen - I hope not to disappoint this year - :D
Well, as usual, I procrastinated to almost the last cow in the barn. However today I did get the pics all taken of my donation items for TradGang's Annual St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Auction. Now all I have to do (haha) is get them and the descriptions all posted before the 24th. That's when the bidding forums will open. I love doing it but I am SOOO BADDDD about putting stuff off.
Not as many as previous years but do have around 30 to post to the list, and WILL get it done tomorrow, good Lord willing.
You sure are a trip Mr. Bernie ...... ONLY 30 items!!!!
You the man Bernie ... good to see your post
best to ya, Ken

Thanks, guys. I have an errand to run this AM but will get on this in the PM and finish by nightfall (hopefully). The worst of waiting to the last minute is poor Terry, et al, then still have to transfer them all to the bidding forums - bless their hearts - LOL
Most of the items are "small", in keeping with my policy of posting things to help those who would like to help out but may not have the resources, at least to get a bid or two in (and maybe even win an item - LOL) EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPS - FOR THE KIDS!
Just an Old Jarhead that is on the move!!!!!
HEY BERNIE!!!! GLAD YOU'RE BACK!!
Well I finally got all (29) posted last night but made one big goof that the poor beleaguered Monitors will have to delete for me - e-mailed terry about it last night (and apologized for making more work for them - Duh!)
Thank you, Bud. Still been around but just hanging mostly in TGMM - and procrastinating - LOL See ya on the bidding forums, most likely.
:notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:
Thank you, Terry ;)
Let's try to knock it out of the park again, guys - for the Kids! :jumper:
