Title: Primos xxl ground blind
Post by: bowtough on April 22, 2014, 07:02:00 AM
Anyone have any experience with the Primos xxl ground blind. I am looking for a blind that I can shoot a 62" recurve out of while standing. I am 5'11". Sitting for five hours while turkey hunting is killing my back, need a blind I can stand in while calling and watching and shooting. Thanks, Gary.

I bought 4: myself, son, his friend, and my friend. It is the first I've owned that I can shoot standing. I'm only 5'6" though. I still shoot sitting though.

Very easy to set up, but I doubt you can shoot standing. I can't.

I have one and wouldn't even attempt to shoot standing up and I'm only 5'7".  It is large enough for me to stand up and get the kinks out though.

I just got home from turkey hunting in mine this morning. As far as interior height, I'm 6'5" and I can't quite stand up straight in the XXL. Sitting on a DB chair, I can shoot my 64" recurve no problem. But I don't think theres a chance you could shoot standing up in it.
