I've been reading and re-reading all the posts about the ACE broadheads and couldn't stand not having any to try. I ordered the 200 gr Express heads here earlier this week and I received them in the mail today. Neat little package with a brochure and all to go with. I knew these heads would be big but d#@% they look like a point on the end of a spear. Naturally, I just had to sharpen one as soon as I opened them. In about 2 minutes I had one side knocking hairs off my arm with the KME and my Smith sharpening blocks. Believe it or not the head was sticky sharp just running over the 325 grit pad and I would have no issue using them at that point after I cut myself (twice). The 750 grit pad polished it and then I hit it with my jewelstick as well just cause. These things certainly sharpened up quick with very minimal effort on my part (of course the KME and Smith did all the work).
If you have not tried the 200 gr Express by ACE, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed one bit with the quality and ease of sharpening. Wanted to pass along a little excitement because we all love us some broadheads!
I find'em very easy to sharpen as well.

BuckeyeGuy I agree the Ace heads are super easy to work with. Just a file, jewelstik followed with a strop now and then. Have to admit I feared the express model would fly funny but it is just as easy to tune as any other head out there.
Been using that broadhead for several years now with great success.
I bought the KME sharpening system last year and my wife made me buy a pair of Kevlar gloves after I cut myself the second time sharpening my broadheads. For some reason, she took offense to me dripping blood all over the living room floor. Women!
