was wandering if any TG members were at the Chamberlin Ranch shoot over the weekend. I did see a TG sponsor George Perez of Rainy Day Bows and had a chance to talk with him and pull back a few of his bows. very smooth bows that feels at least 5lbs lighter than marked. It was nice to see a sponsor at a local shoot. I'm curious how many members were there. Jon
George makes a very forgiving accurate bow at a price that won't break the bank.... Someday I'll make the Chamberlin, just not in the cards this year.
Coaster , you have to make it next year. One of the best if not the best trad shoots in Ca. 350+ shooters, 3 courses, 90+ targets in some of the most beautiful hills in California. Can't wait for next year.
Had a great time! My 8 year old daughter took 1st place in the female cub recurve category.
Congrats to her. My son took 2nd in cub longbow, My daughter took 1st youth self bow, My wife 3rd longbow aluminum/carbon, and I took 1st adult self bow.
Jon. . It was good talking with you and congrats to you and your family good shooting.
George it was my pleasure. Wish I had more time to talk with you. hope to see you next year .
I've been there with my booth for probably the past six years or so. Sadly, this year it wasn't in the cards and I had to miss it. Sure glad to hear you guys had a good time. It's a great shoot.
