Title: Who feather grinds here in Pa.?

Was looking to have some turkey feathers ground and was wondering if we have anyone from Pa. That does it,willing to give up the right wing in excahnge for the left ones done,just ground not cut,I know Magnus does them but from posts i have read he seems pretty tied up with things.Thanks for any info.Lou

I did my own with a sanding disc and a bitz straight clip to hold the feather.  I wore a dust mask to keep the nasty dust out of my lungs, I hear it's not very good for you.

I do mine on my belt sander then use my dremel.  I made a clamp out of a pair of vice grips and two steel plates.

Just send them to Magnus here on TradGang. He is in Ohio.  He has a business grinding feathers. If you send him the feathers from both wings, he will grind the wing you want and send the full length feathers back to you. He keeps the wing you don't want!

He does some real good work on those feathers!
