Title: Quiver for Bear Kodiak Magnum
Post by: Hoser1268 on September 19, 2007, 11:22:00 PM
Hey guys,

I just picked up a old Bear Kodiak Magnum and I was wondering what kind of quiver I should for it?  I don't want to drill holes so I was wondering if the Selway slide on will work or how are the old Bear spring quivers? Any info would be appriciated.

I like the smaller Thunderhorn strap-ons.

Killdeer's suggestion is a good one.  The Selway is also a great quiver, as is the Great Northern strap-on quiver.

The old Bear snap-on quivers are nice and nostalgic, but can be noisy.  If you use one, you may find it necessary to wrap some rawhide around the arms where they attach to the limbs.  They are very functional and look great on the Kodiak Mag.  May even be some magic in one of them old fellers.

I've got one of Eagle Flights Mini quivers on mine, a perfect match for me anyway.  Keeps my light, handy and short bow light, handy and short.   :)

I use a clamp on "Quicky Quiver".  Three Rivers has them.  They work surprisingly well.
