BW 58" PCHx Zircote and Tiger myrtle, no red or white. It's gonna be a long 8 weeks. This is my first foray into traditional archery since 1996. Since I killed my 1 allotted deer per year in January and I didn't get drawn for Elk or Antelope yet again  I will have a lot of time to just focus on learning to shoot. I have a hunt in PA that I go on every year in Nov. and really hope that I will be decent enough to carry a recurve into the woods for the first time.
Congrats...cant go wrong with a widow!
Good choice. Hope you enjoy it.
Great choice, great bows.
Congrats on the new bow... You picked a good one.
Congrats on your new bow. Sounds like you will have plenty of time to get aquainted with it. Hope you have a succesful season with it.
Best of luck and hope you love shooting the stick bow as much as most of us here. I just came in from the garage where I shot about 75 arrows. I try to do that each day working on my form at close range of 15 yards.
Great choice. Love the wood combos.
That's a great shooting bow. I had the chance to shoot one for a couple of months and bow did shoot good. Well 8 weeks is a long wait, but at least its not like some bowyers that have a year or two wait. Whatever the wait it will be worth it.
Congrats. Welcome back to the addiction. Good form is key! Practice smart, not hard or long. Let us know how it goes.
You picked a great bow. Good luck with it!
that is one heck of a good bow.
Welcome to the fun side!

Same wood combo that my PSAX has - it's a looker AND a shooter.
It's a slippery slope. You could pick up an inexpensive beater bow to play with until the BW is ready. Tons of old Ben Pearson's out there for next to nothing. :archer2:
Congrats! Where do you hunt in PA if you don't mind me asking?
My buddy's parents have a place in Shippenville. Been back there for the past 7 years and always have a great time. Lots of deer and it is a big break from climbing the mountains in AZ. Plus Yeungling is my favorite beer and you can't get it in Arizona.
Awesome! I'm from Central PA I hunt in McKean county as well. Good luck to you!
Better watch out! Ordering bows can be addictive. I bought a used BW to start and now I'm up to 18 longbows and recurves. (and that's after I finally did sell one!)
I agree with slim_grim, get a used recurve for $100 and shoot away. I bought an old Ben Pearson for $145 and killed a hog with it two weeks later.
Awesome!
A very good choice
I remember that 8-10 week wait....first trad bow I ordered was my PSA II. There is no telling how many times I watched the owners manual DVD during that wait. It's worth it. Not as bad as the 9 month wait for my Dakota which I'm currently battling.
