Ok all of you HH bow shooters, what spine Arrow would you suggest.
My HH Big 5 68" 49@29
And I like to use 125 grn. points. and BOP is 29"
And say Arrows are a little stiff would going to 145, help....
Thanks for all replies.
Mike,
You might try 1916 aluminum or 50/55 Wood. Somewhere in the .500 static spine range. Those work for me at very near your specs.
Can't help with carbon, don't shoot them.

I think a 1916 is a good choice with a 125 gr. point.Maybe a 2016 with a 145 gr. point with a 29" draw?
1916 with 145-165 tip for the Hill.
I use 2016 with 125.
Right now I'm concerned about woodies.
I'd say Moebow is right on with 50-55. I find that a Hill will shoot a little under bow weight with 28" BOP and a 125 point. Adding 1" will add 4-5 lb spine. Going to a heavier point will help if overspined. 20 gr should be worth a couple pounds.
I would think yes, a heavier point would take some spine out of your woods. If you are heavily vested in 125grain points you may have to try 45-50's. I can shoot 55-60's cut to 29" with 125 grain points from my 64# Pete George longbow. Not my favorite combo but OK for 3D.
I hear you saying that as well as asking for spine suggestions you are already shooting wood arrows that are a bit stiff with your set-up and 125 gr. field points. If that is so, going to 145 gr. points will definitely help remedy spine stiff arrows, also it will help if you increase your brace height and further if you can decrease the thickness of your strike plate that will help a bit as well.
