Hi Dos anyone have experience with a 2 peace Kestrel ? How about some pic. ? Thank You Rick
The 1pc is a sweet little bow. I have owned a 2pc Whip and it was superb. Can't see why a 2pc Kestrel would be any different. Toelke makes some of the finest bows available.
I think I've owned a two piece of about every bow in his line, but only a one piece Kestrel. Should be an outstanding bow for a shorter draw shooter.
I have a one piece of 43# that I like a lot. I am interested in trying a T/D 45#-50# @ 28" .
Should shoot exactly the same but you may enjoy the increased mass and resultant stability of the phenolic riser and bow-bolt assembly. I can't see it being anything but an improvement on an already nice shooting little bow.
I had a two PC and currently have a one PC, both with the phenolic riser. Smooth shooters and as all of Dans bows, quiet and quick. I sold the 2pc and the one PC is up. I draw 30" and the Kestrel is a bit short for me. Any one drawing under 29" should be good with one. The workmanship is great with Dans bows,
One just hit the classifieds.
