This past Monday my new Bob Lee exotic signature arrived at my door, with great anticipation I opened the box to feast my eyes upon it. First thing that blew me away was the nice grain in the shedua riser and the nice grain in the zebra wood overlays on it. I asked if Bob Lee could sign the bow for me and he signed it on a prominent spot on the riser, the limbs are about as nice as I have ever seen on a bow they hand picked some real fine zebra wood to go under the clear glass. Specifications are as follows, AMO 58" 46# @28, The first thing I noticed when I handled the riser was the fact that the grip fit my hand perfectly as if I was there when it was formed, I have never owned a bow that fit me like this one does and I gave up several bows to buy this one and I see now that it was the right move for me to make all around. The whole process of ordering my bow was a pleasure, I felt like I was their only customer because of all the attention I got from them even though I new they had many orders, but that is the way it should be when a person makes a purchase like I did. But the thing that really impressed me was the fact that a couple days after I got the bow Bob Lee called me himself, I was in a training class for work when I got the call but Bob left a voice mail and I called him back when I went on break. We had a nice conversation and he thanked me for buying the bow and I thanked him for the great job they did on building my bow and for the way I was treated. I'm posting some pics with this but they don't do the bow justice, it is truly amazing to look at and shoot.

That's beautiful bow Jim! Well done Sir. I love the signature too.
Nice bow you have there, the deer are in for some trouble come fall.
Very nice bow with a cool story!
Awesome! Very cool he signed. Can't wait to own one or at least shoot one for the weekend. A Bob Lee is on the short list for sure. Great pics, thanks
Gotta love the bob Lee's. I was gonna order me a new one but will have to wait the house needed some repairs oh well maybe at ETAR. Sweet bow they really know how to treat their customers and I shoot there bows the best.
I loved the photos you shared of "the man" working on your bow, and now to see the finished product is very cool. The signature is great, all around wonderful looking bow. You have a special one there, congratulations!
We were going to shoot at Hawkeye yesterday but the weather did not cooperate, that kind of bummed me out cause I'm chomping at the bit to see what it will do at various ranges. When the weather finally breaks here I'll hit a local range.
Nice bow Jim, I agree about fitting your hand. I have a number of recurves but my Bob Lee is the one I shoot the best.
This was my first outing with my Bob Lee.

Enjoy your new bow and get out there and blood it. :)
Todd, that is a great thread you posted. I can't wait to get mine out in the deer woods.
That's really a beautiful bow! Someday I'd like to own a Bob Lee bow. I started with Wing bows, and still shoot my Red Wing Hunters today. There aren't many bowyers around today that have the experience that Bob Lee has! Great purchase!

Congrats! She sure is perty.
That's the kinda bow I like the most. W/out the racing stripes and multi wood combos. Just a nice chunk of wood to give that earthy look.
Congrats and enjoy

Nice bow! I just ordered a "Natural" yesterday over the phone and was treated EXTREMELY well. Talked with JJ I believe, and the whole transaction was painless. Didnt even think twice about spending the money lol...thats how good it was.
