I just got home from a seven hour round trip to pick up my new baby. This bow kind of fell into my lap, and I couldn't be happier. It's absolutely perfect for me.

Nice one, congrats on the new bow.
Congrats enjoy it!
Love that name!
Very nice!
Cory, that's a prototype (PT) of a Shrew Stalker recurve made for me by John McCullough. It was my personal bow and I gave it the name Little Big Bow. The 50" length was latter changed to a 52 and 54" length. It originally had leather on the grip and a thumb ridge locator on the side of the handle.
When Gregg Coffey started making the little Shrew recurve for me I changed it's name to the "Lil' Favorite"
You happened upon a very cool bit of Shrew history! Enjoy your new bow. Congratulations!

That is the story that was relayed to me(roughly). Thanks so much for confirming it Ron! It is definitely a bow that I can't see letting go of. Hopefully it's history gives it a little extra mojo :D
Very nice!!
