Title: Morrison Shawnee Longbow Limbs
Post by: BrownA5 on March 09, 2014, 12:09:00 AM
I found a set of Shawnee longbow limbs "A" 42# @ 26".  I have an "A" riser and my draw length is 28"..  Are these going to work for or are they too short.  Beautiful limbs!

I shoot an 'A' riser Shawnee with recurve limbs. My draw length is closer to 29" and I won't go below 'D' length limbs.  You would probably be fine with 'C's, but 'A's are going to be really short.  Everybody's form and tolerance for what they consider finger pinch is different though. When my ILF riser is finished, mine is probably going up for sale to finance it (it's my self-reimbursement policy, lol).  I know I'll regret it, as it's got the sweetest grip in the whole world and all the my other bows got sold.  PM me if interested and recurve limbs are an option (RH, A riser, D limbs, 60" overall 46# @ 28")

Check out Bob's website for information on draw lengths, etc.
