Welcome :wavey:
http://www.tusxhunter.com
I'm sure you will be hearing a lot about this new company from Ryan Sanpei.
You can also check out a lot more about Ryan on the Hawaiian Connection forum right here on TradGang. Along with unique hunts and beautiful photography.
Very interesting!!!
Aloha Gang & Thank You Terry!
Just wanted to let you know that I'll be working together with TUSX HUNTER apparel. TUSX is based in the South Pacific and if received well, I'll definitely be looking into bringing it to the States.
At this stage we are only showcasing the camouflage pattern and currently working with suppliers and manufacturers on the apparel. Our products will be released in the first half of 2014. For the next few weeks all of our current updates will be made on our fb page. www.facebook.com/TUSXHUNTER (http://www.facebook.com/TUSXHUNTER)
Thank you!
Ryan K Sanpei
Here's a quick look at our own camouflage pattern for 2014. I'll be sure to take the Gang through the design and development of this pattern.

Thank you Richie!!!
WOW !!, that looks sweet, cant wait, will definitely buy the omniveil
Welcome, the camo looks great
Nice Ryan,
Maybe we'll see a vid soon of you shooting some of those fancy goats wearing some of those fancy camo duds! Neat pattern. Good luck with that.
Oh , and loved the intro on you're website. Very well done.
Can't wait to get my hands on some of that stuff.
Thank you for all the additional kind words guys! My friend Tony is the "mastermind" behind this entire project. I'm just fortunate that he's allowed for me to "tag along".
Please keep in mind that TUSX is only comprised of a few "like-minded" bowhunters and in the beginning, we're going take things slow and steady...
Thanks Matty! Tony worked hard on that intro!
Yes, hopefully real soon I'll be chasing some goats in our new apparel! ;)
Alluring!!!
This gear has had years of development behind it, in all terrains from mountain to flood plain.
The words by hunters for hunters couldn't ring truer in this case.
Cheers
Mark.
:shaka:
Thanks again Gang!
Here's another "prototype" in the field image.

Looks good!
I like that pattern Ryan. Will work well around here.
Thanks Charlie & TJ. Yeah my friend has devoted a lot of time in the development of this pattern. I'll try to put some info on the design and development of this pattern by this weekend.
Awesome Ryan! Good luck in your new venture! i can't wait to try some of your camo out in the swamp chasing pigs! :wavey:
Thank you Randy! TUSX is currently based out of the South Pacific, but if I can get enough interest in the States, I'll be sure to "set up shop" here in the US!
while i have never meet tony, i and others have been truly inspired by the tales and photos of his backpacking adventures over the last decade or more into the totally wild, extremely rugged, unforgiving yet majestically beautiful mountains of New Zealand's south island, in pursuit of tahr, chamios and wapiti.
this man is the real deal and his clothes will be too.
the camo pattern is excellent but the true beauty will be in the function. those who have spent any reasonable time in the backcountry with just a backpack will relish the features that can only be thought of by someone who has tested clothing in arguably the harshest conditions over many years.
'born from adventure' there couldn't be a apt motto.
I would have to say I agree with Clint. Although I haven't had personal conversations with Tony, I have "eavesdropped" on countless video conferences between Tony and Ryan. Some of the stories I overheard were amazing! Fortunately for Ryan, he will be able to create some of his own adventures with Tony very soon. I'm so excited for them and the potential of Tusx Hunter!!

ryan, if this means a tahr or chamios hunt be prepared for the worlds ultimate mountain hunt. the terrain makes sheep and mtn goat country look like a snooker table.
Ryan, very cool stuff. Good luck on your new project.
Clint,
I've already told Tony that if he decides to take me with him, he'll only be "baby sitting"! :D Those brothers got some crazy stories. I'm definitely preparing, but I don't know if I'll ever be "ready"!
Mark was also sharing his NZ experience with me the other day too...
Thank you very much Felix!

you'll have a blast.
like they say, nothing prepares you for backcountry bowhunting like backcountry bowhunting.
:archer:
Good luck Ryan I'm sure this product will do great.
NZ is a love hate relationship.
you love being there and you hate leaving.
Good dependable gear on any hunt is always preferable.
but in NZ it is paramount, especially on a walk in hunt.
This is where Tony has made the decisions about the range of gear he is bringing to the table, as all his jounery's into the NZ mountains have been on foot .
This has led to the crafting of a very innovative range of gear ,that will favour both the hot and cold weather hunter.
Id buy it. I've been to Hawaii loved it!
Clint and Tony,
One way or another, Tony will get a good story out of it! :D
Thanks Terry!
Mahalo Mike! Yes, we're fortunate to live in Hawaii! :shaka:
Jeez Ryan... local bruddah doing big things! :notworthy:
Best wishes on your new ventures.
:shaka:

I love the intro page on the site. VERY well said. You GET it. I wanted to utter a battle cry :D
I seldom wear camo any more (ghillie convert) but this pattern has me interested.... looking forward to seeing more.
Really like the pattern - looking forward to more.
Ryan, you guys have my attention. That Intro and Pattern look awesome.
I cant wait to hear the NZ Adventures!
Chuck,
"I wanted to utter a battle cry." PERFECT!!!
Thank you Dave.
I'm hopeful that the final product will allow for me to leave my "leafy wear" at home. One of the many goals we were after...
Whitetailarcher, we appreciate you taking the time to check it out!
Charlie, if all goes as planned, we may have a pretty cool Aussie Adventure lined up first... ;)
Good luck with your business adventure. I sure do enjoy all your posts and your hunts that you share with us.
Thank you Donald! I really appreciate the well wishes and kind words!
Aloha!
