Title: Thinking Thunderstick Mag
Post by: SS Snuffer on February 14, 2014, 10:14:00 PM
58 in  for my 29 in.  draw. Looking  for a little wider grip than my
Kota. Anyone have a pic.

I have a Thunderstick Mag I love it, but the grip is not wide at all. Great bow and Boyer.

I agree the mag would be a tad slimmer than the kota great bows however...

I've got some pictures of my takedown Thunderstick Mag somewhere on here. If I was allowed to keep only one bow (Heaven forbid!) that is the one I would choose! That bow and I have always gotten along well and you won't deal with a finer guy than Jim.

Just got my MOAB from Jim. They are NOT a hype! I got a bigfoot LB and my MOAB within 6 days of each other, talk about a distraction. You will be pleased with a thunderstick bow.                     (http://i1286.photobucket.com/albums/a606/cmlphelps/8a2d5958-578f-4c74-9ea8-94031b4aed73_zps0438081d.jpg?t=1392484939)

Here are a couple photos of my 60" mag.  Have another one coming in March, these bows are SWEET!  I would not classify the grip as large, but they fit the hand remarkably well, hard to explain. A Thunderchild has a larger grip that I liked alot too.  Here are the photos Chuck.  How far north is Villard?  I am in northeast Iowa (Plainfield) if you wanted to take a mag on a test run!    (http://i1174.photobucket.com/albums/r603/DonEggleston/20131108squirrel.jpg)   (http://i1174.photobucket.com/albums/r603/DonEggleston/20121007_184441.jpg)

They are fantastic, one of the few bows I regret letting go was a 58" Mag.
