Yes, I'm bord. My wife left me and the kids alone at home for the day. We got to thinking and then started building.

To do this project you will need eveything pictured above or something else to take it's spot. This is not an exact science!
First cut the legs. We used the cardboard from a clothes hanger you get from a cleaner to hang pants. The exact lenght was eye balled.
The body was made from a salt container.
About now you should be thinking, "is this guy a dork".
The answer is yes! I had time on my hands and had to keep the kids busy.
Next was to hot glue on the legs.
Tip- If you are like me and can't wait pop it in the freezer to make the hot glue set fast.
Now cut the ears. Any old shape will do. Cut grooves in the "head" which in this case is a 3 inch foam ball.
Put the ears in the slots and hot glue them in place.
Now comes the head.
At this point you should have something that resembles a bunch of foam and cardboard hot glued together.
lookin good so far!!!
You gots a license to hunt that wabbit mister?
Next comes the paint job.
Then a tail. Cotton ball what else!
Eyes
(http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w8/GMW2/DSC00219.jpg)
Face
(http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w8/GMW2/DSC00223.jpg)
All done.
Looks good, and two of the greatest helpers ever I bet. Great idea!
But does Momma know you are hot glueing on her granite countertops??
SOS,
If that is the worse thing I do in a day, Momma is happy!
So now we had some bunnies on our hands. It seems as though these little guys really start to multiply.
With the rabbit population on the rise it was time to get down to some rabbit extermination.
The game is as follows:
The hunter must stay in the house away from the windows while the rabbits are hid outside.
Once the hunt is on you get one shot per rabbit.
You may get no closer than 5 yards.
If you get closer than 5 yards to a rabbit knowingly or not your busted.
I love what you guys have done. My boys did the same thing in school just about a month ago and i never even thought of putting a stalk on them. Those are some happy faces in that picture.
Mitch, you da man.
Bunnie placement is critical in this game.

Next we release the hunter.
Skyler spied the first bunny and started the stalk.
The first stalk resulted in a miss and the bunny being wisked to the safty of the porch.
The second bunnie ended in much the same result.

Awesome and inspiring...great job!!!!1
There were only three bunnies in the field. Upon the completion of the bunnies my daughter anounced that the three that she made could not be hunted and named them. Butterfly, Hoppie, and Pink remain in the safty of the house until farther negotiation.
The last bunnie was spotted.
