I'm looking at purchasing a new recurve in the coming months and was wondering who makes one for $600 or less. Right now I'm looking at the Rainy Day bows but was wondering what else is out there at that price range. I know there are used ones out there but I'm looking for a new one made to my specs.

I'm not sure how you feel about metal risers, but the Hoyt Gamemaster is exceptional and out shoots customs costing much more in my hands. I have owned and sold many customs, but I would never depart with my Gamemaster and Habu. If I had to choose one bow, it would be the Hoyt
Sierra Blanca Bows. They are based on the Rocky Mtn Recurve design. Very nice work.
